Walter McFarland [RG1] is the founder of Windmill Human Performance and a former senior vice president at Booz|Allen|Hamilton in the areas of learning, HR, and change. Walter’s clients include Global Fortune 500 organizations, international organizations, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. He was the 2013 Board Chair of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and was a member of President Obama’s 2012 and 2013 Rank Award Council.
