Cindy Thatcher is a learning consultant with Teradata, an analytic data solutions company. As part of Teradata’s Global Learning & Enablement team, she is focused on the design and development of learning and performance support using a variety of blended, web-based, and live programs. She also is corporate faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology where she teaches Social Learning in the Organization, a course which explores the use of social learning and communication in organizations, the software tools used to enable online social interaction and the challenges of organizational implementation.
