Audrey Erker is a corporate trainer on the organizational development team at Nelnet. In her role, she not only creates and delivers training programs, but also plays a key role in building a culture of L&D.

Erker is one of the founding co-chairs for Nelnet’s Young Associates Community, where she creates connection and development opportunities for young professionals. Recognized as one of TD magazine’s Up & Coming professionals, Erker has made a lasting impact with her work coaching, training, facilitating, and onboarding in just four short years in the L&D field.

Erker’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in management with a focus on organizational leadership and change.
