Drawing upon a sample of 541 TD professionals, this report investigates key questions to provide benchmark data and highlight best practices. Specifically, ATD Research focused on the importance of hybrid work policies, hiring and onboarding, and training. Organizations had a variety of reasons for offering employees a hybrid work experience. The three most common were providing flexibility, improving employee satisfaction and retention, and being competitive to recruit top talent.
